Road Conditions Slick in Panhandle

Sidney -- The heavy snow will continue into the afternoon until around 4pm. We are still sitting at temperature just above 0 degrees.

The road conditions are not good, and visibility is poor. Road conditions are only expected to get worse into the later hours when everything freezes over. 

Interstate 80 is still open.
