SCOTTSBLUFF - A 32-year-old was arrested for drug possession this week in Scottsbluff.

Police say they observed a BMW going south around the 1400 block of 14th St. without licenses plates. The vehicle followed a Toyota Camry into a driveway on 12th Ave.

The driver of the BMW, Joslyn Wickard, who's accused of driving on a suspended license, was approached by police and she told them she didn't like cops because of bad run-ins.

When police asked Wickard if there was anything illegal in the vehicle, she said "no."

A search of the vehicle, with the help of a police K9, revealed a green jewelry bag with white crystalized substances that tested positive for Methamphetamine.

Wickard was arrested on Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and No Operator’s License.
