The agenda includes Matt Highby applying for a Sidewalk Cafe permit, Land Lease Payment Structure (Solar Generation Project), Resolution 20230601 - Housing Development/Incentive Plan, City and County ambulance service interlocal agreement, May budget reports, claims and reports by City Manager David Scott, department managers and city council members.
