ALLIANCE -- Alliance authorities are seeking the location of a Utah man.
David Alexander Brannen, 31, is reported missing out of Utah. His vehicle was last seen in Alliance today, September 10.
Brannen is described as 180 lbs., and 5 feet, 11 inches tall.
