12th Judicial County Court judge announces retirement

County Court Judge James M. Worden, 12th Judicial District, has announced his retirement effective February 9, 2026. He has served as part of the Scotts Bluff Juvenile Drug Court, and as president of the Nebraska County Judges Association.
