Power outage for Chappell, Julesberg, and Lodgepole

Wheat Belt Public Power District announced on Facebook at 11 a.m. that some areas are experiencing half power.

WBPPD said they are working on an outage off of the Chappell Substation.

Anyone located north of Chappell and south of Chappell to Julesburg, and northeast of Lodgepole, will be included in this outage.

Customers are experiencing half power. Crews have been dispatched and are responding.
